The New Year is here and we need to talk. So we left the children at home and head out for food. It is typical of Malaysian to talk during meal time. Kinda undecided on what to eat and which restaurant to go too. We just drive until I suggested to dine at Restaurant Sri Percik which we have not been since our bachelor days.
Sad to say that the quality of the food has deteriorated since they first started. I realised that once a restaurant get too famous, they kinda slack out after a while. They were featured in Jalan-Jalan Cari Makan some time ago.
The price of the food is on the higher side and the portion is quite small for the price that we are paying. Will we return? Definitely NO.
Below was what we ordered:

Pandan Coconut at RM3.90.

Malay style Leng Chee Kang with Nata de Coco, Barley, Dried Longan, Ground Nuts, and 2 more, I can’t recall the name. Too much ice which I threw it out, if not it will surely be diluted. Forgot to ask for warm Leng Chee Kang. Price RM3.00.

This one is called Bamburi Thai Chicken Rice. The only Thai about it is they use the Thai Chili Sauce to spread on the fried Chicken. The rest is the typical Malay style chicken rice. Price RM7.50.

This is Nasi Beriani Ayam Percik. The Beriani rice taste good coz they use Basmathi rice. The Ayam Percik is sweet and spicy. Price RM7.50.
