Our Baltimore row house was finally complete. After two years of extensive remodel inside and out, the end was near and our excitement was just beginning. We fell in love with it the minute we saw it and it has consumed us ever since. Little did we know the struggles and triumphs we would experience over the next two years. As challenging as it has been, we both agree it was worth every minute. The utilities will be on next week and the furniture delivery is scheduled to arrive ten days from now. I logged onto expertsatellite.com and found their installation schedule to coincide perfectly with all the other utilities. We will be well settled into our new home by Thanksgiving. I think it will be a wonderful time to have a housewarming party and celebrate our success with all those who helped make it happen. I hired a party planner to arrange a festive event and a caterer from my local neighborhood to supply the food and service. A new beginning in my favorite city, I am one lucky girl.
Last week we went for our family holiday at Tiara Beach Resort, PD. I believe it was God’s intervention that made us ended up there. We managed to rent an apartment cheaper than the resort rate and also receive unbelievable discount for the wristband to play at the water park.

Two of my in laws are coming back here for 3 weeks holiday and they are looking for an apartment to rent for a month. I don’t care what other people may say, a professional artist hasn’t encountered a diva until they have tried to apply Halloween makeup to a 6-year-old. I used to work at a makeup counter at a department store and I never had a customer that was as bad as my daughter. Last year applying her makeup for Halloween was a huge pain so I thought that I would get a jump start on it this Halloween. She’s going to be a vampire, which will require a bit of makeup so I already bought the makeup online.
While I was online with my Miami wireless buying the makeup, I looked up some tips and tutorials on creating vampire makeup looks for kids.
I did find a really good vampire Halloween makeup tutorial and I used that on her. She didn’t sit very still through it but once she saw how it looked she said that she liked it. I told her that on Halloween I would do it again to go with her costume and that she has to sit still so it will look that good. We’ll see if that actually works.

When my daughter hit her teen years it was right when that Teen Mom show was getting big and I wasn’t really sure whether or not I wanted her to watch it. We’d just gotten DIRECT.TV and I knew all her friends were watching tons of reality shows but I didn’t want her to watch that one and think it was okay to be, you know, active just because she got the idea from that show. Anyway, my husband and I watched it one night and decided it actually had a really good message and it was okay for us to watch with Katie. She sat down one night and we all watched it together and talked about it after it was over. I think she really got something from it and I know we all felt better being able to open the gates of communication after watching TV. Katie’s a good kid but she knows we’re only after her best interests…I hope she always likes to talk to us about everything!
With 5 kids and no helper to help me with my every day chores, I have no time to go shopping. I have time to do grocery shopping but not much time to do comparison shopping if I need to buy expensive goods like electrical items. Thanks to online shopping, I can do comparison shopping in the comfort of my home at odd hours like after midnight. That’s the only time when I am free. 
At present I am in need of a new vacuum cleaner. I am looking at www.canadapost.ca/shopper/sears/store/231 to find out the best price for a vacuum cleaner. All this while I am using my husband’s vacuum cleaner which he uses to clean his shop. He brings it back home occasionally. Since I am maid-less now, I do need a vacuum cleaner to expedite my cleaning chores.

My apartment at BBU which is a walking distance to MMU, Melaka is up for rent again. The apartment is fully-furnished but maintenance of each electrical item and furniture will be the responsibility of the tenant. With this, we are renting the apartment at a lower rate than the normal fully-furnished apartment. We are renting the apartment at RM750/month for a minimum tenancy of a year.
Here is the amount of deposit that you need to prepare. 2 months rent deposit (RM1,500), RM500 for water and electricity bills and 1 month advance rent. Total of RM2,750.00.

Sometimes it takes getting lost to find the most wonderful places to enjoy lunch. I set my home security alarm (Home Security packages) and I was off to a photo gallery in the historic town of Hopewell, New Jersey, the former home of Charles Lindbergh. Traveling along Route 518, I made the wrong right hand turn onto Railroad Avenue. One quick U-turn later and I was back on Route 518. It was nearly noon and I recognized the first signs of growing hunger. Once on Route 518, I spotted a wonderfully quaint restaurant, The Brothers Moon.

Not an avid fan of haute cuisine, I was surprised the interior facade was as charming as the exterior of the building. I was immediately led to a table by a smiling young woman who handed me a menu and announced the day’s specials. There is no way to describe the menu at Brothers Moons except to say it’s fantastic. I ordered their chicken salad platter from among the most extraordinary menu selections. It’s clear that presentation is as important at Brothers Moon as the quality of their food. I thoroughly enjoyed perfectly prepared chicken breast sliced and served with a superb goat cheese mille feuille on a bed of mesclun with a raspberry vinagrette. Their entrees are divine, but their chocolate bread pudding is absolute heaven.
I am an owner of 2 old junks; both my cars are more than 15 years old. I have asked the above question many times “How much will it cost to repair this and that?” If the cost is way out of my budget and the repair will be postponed until I have saved enough for the repair cost. I stayed in Pulau (island) Redang And Pulau Perhentian In Terengganu, Malaysia For 2 weeks due to my research and I observed a lot of things done by the local youngsters to the ladies who visited there.
The VICTIMS are those who come alone or with group of girls only, most of them came with one female friend.
They acted as a normal driver of the boat for the resorts but they selected the lone or girls victims mostly the dumb Chinese girls and western ladies. But if the girls are accompanied by guys, they will not dare to touch. When they reached the snorkeling area, they will ‘HELP’ the ladies by holding their hands to snorkel here and there. Most of the Chinese ladies wear exposed and sexy swim wears and they will peep into their bras and underwears from behind.
The worst part are they seemed to bring along their local friends to join the club, to get one or two victims everyday. They gathered on the jetty and looking at their preys. Then, they will guide the girls to a plastic containers with fresh water to wash them up, sometime trying to ‘help’ them by touching their body parts. These girls thought they were friendly and helpful but they have others intention.When the girls are so busy washing and cleaning up, the locals will hand them the mineral water (with something inside), the girls will drink it. It happened everyday. Then suddenly the girls will allow them to hold her hands and walked to the boats and go away to the resort and finally to the rooms with the others local ‘friends’ following behind ‘TO JOIN THE PARTY’!!!
Sometimes they will ask the local or western ladies whether they like to apply some sun block cream. Then they will apply some on their skin. Once, to my surprise the lady bare her breast and let them ‘played’.
Then I knew what they applied is actually the ‘Minyak Dagu’ or Corpse Oil’, one type of ‘Jampi or Curse Oil’ so that you will love them. They kissed her until she brought them to her room. SURPRISE!!! ( I think my fellow friends and I were more handsome (100 times) then the local guys, haha) Please remember in Terengganu state, the Black Magic is strong over there. I have observed these for 2 weeks but cannot stop them, they have many many friends around, if I questioned them , I will be in trouble…over there. I hope every lady will take precaution on this matter and forward it to everyone.
Just let them know that if the drivers are so friendly and took advantages on them, they have to beware. I am so frustrated because the girls are so dumb to trust them.
I asked one of the victim and she said she didn’t remember anything but She said she have some DREAM that she have sex with the locals. SEE !!!

Beware when you’re going out snorkling especially ladies’ & girls’ team only. Boatmen would drug the mineral water when your are busy snorkelling. Later you passed out after drinking the water when you get back on the boat.
There are insufficient evidence to prosecute them cause they cleverly done their job including dressing up victim nicely to original & don’t leave any traces behind even ejected externally. And when the victims awakened they were told they had a short nap. Salt water further makes it difficult for them to discover on the spot until perhaps later.. This happened in Pulau Tioman and can happened any other places. Victims include Italian, American, Japanese, Chinese, Arabian & even Malays.
Please belief me the oil is real and it works. Just google “corpse oil” and you will get pages on this. Beware!!! The most important thing is “don’t drink the mineral water and don’t apply the sun block cream given by the boatman !”
